چکیده
Cipta Rasa Multindo merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang produksi pastry dan bakery. Sebagai pengelolaan inventory sangatlah penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja dalam mengelola stok barang. Saat ini sistem berjalan masih manual memiliki banyak kelemahan kekurangan sehingga menyebabkan menjadi terhambat belum mampu menunjang segala kebutuhan diinginkan seperti proses mulai dari pencatatan barang hingga perekapan laporan cukup memakan waktu. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis merancang suatu informasi dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan. Metode analisis Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Eficiency, Service (PIECES) digunakan membantu berjalan. Merancang mendesain menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) sebagai pengembangan Unified Modelling Language (UML) alat pemodelannya. Dengan dikembangkannya perancangan lebih efektif efisien.
